From their inception as an acoustic folk trio, Vancouver’s MOTHER MOTHER has definitely become a force to be reckoned with. Her single “The Beat Stuff” won her Music BC’s Songbird West Songwriting Contest (2008), launching her career and further garnering “Best New Artist” in CBC Radio 3’s Bucky Awards (2009). Since then Hannah has landed on the list for the Polaris Music Prize (2010), earned two Juno Nominations, a nomination for Breakthrough Artist of the Year, XM Verge Awards (2011) plus many more.
