Taking the stage with just their voices, their joy and their ability to entertain, this acappella quartet is one of Canadaʼs top international success stories. The group has performed over 1000 concerts in dozens of tours worldwide bringing fans to their feet with such hits as “(Na Na Hey Hey) Kiss Him Goodbye”, “The Lion Sleeps Tonight”, “Please”, “Happy Together”, “Drift Away”, “Stepping Stone”, “Bop ‘Til You Drop”, “Chain Gang”, “Up On the Roof”, “Prince of Darkness”, “Poison Ivy”, “Combat Zone”, “Wildfire” and “The Stars Are Ours”. From their formation in the back of a deli in Toronto to headlining at Carnegie Hall, THE NYLONS have a storied history. Their first album went gold in only two months and eventually went on to become a Canadian platinum seller. The Nylons have received numerous awards and accolades including seven gold and platinum records, a Tokyo Music Festival award, and a Canadian Juno. They are now celebrating their JUNO nomination for BEST JAZZ VOCAL ALBUM (2011) for their 15th release Skin Tight. Disney used “That Kind Of Man” in their feature film The Tin Man, and their version of “Up The Ladder To The Roof” was used in the movie Made In Heaven. Their recordings have been played to the astronauts aboard the space shuttle, they have performed on The Tonight Show and made numerous major media appearances including Good Morning America.
