Hard Rock super group NAZARETH needs no introduction. Often copied and frequently covered, but never duplicated this band proves longevity is all about the music. From angry young Scots musos raging against the machine to trailblazers of their genre, original members DAN MCCAFFERTY and PETE AGNEW are still keepin’ it real after forty years. When they hit the big league their image – long corkscrew hair, loud flares, and platform boots – did not always sit comfortably with the folks back home, but the music was right on. Over the years the image has changed, but the long roster of hits remains, including “Razamanaz”, “Beggars Day/Rose In The Heather”, “Hit The Fan”, “Hair Of The Dog”, “No Mean City”, “This Flight Tonight”, “Changin’ Times”, “Night Woman”, “Expect No Mercy”, “Light Comes Down”, “Too Bad, Too Sad”, “Right Between The Eyes” and the quintessential “Love Hurts”.

The band’s release ‘God of the Mountain’, a fantastic high-energy cracker guaranteed to hit the right spot with rockers young and old, has been adopted by the Austrian Ski Federation as their official song for the 2012/2013 season. 
This will include the World Championships in 2013. It is the perfect soundtrack for throwing yourself down a mountain at high speed or just to kick back with some good music! Soon everybody will be giving “Sky high praise” to the “God of the Mountain”.

Fronted by Darby Mills whose signature growl is matched only by her purr, the band has produced such hits as “Turn It Loud”, one of the greatest rock anthems of all time! The album Turn It Loud (1982) rose to double platinum status, remaining one of the most successful debut albums by a Canadian group, ever. The follow-up entry Breakin’ Down (1983) proved this crew was no flash in the pan, reaching platinum status as well.
