1. Nickelback
Also known as a band that people love to hate, these guys have catchy songs – plain and simple – and our bets are that at least most of you haters have sang along to at least one of their songs!
2. Creed
Nickelback before Nickelback. Can you take me Higher?
3. Ricky Martin
Why are your Latin pop beats so catchy Ricky? Why??
4. Spice Girls
What confuses me most about the Spice Girls is that it is mostly guys who have secret love affairs with their…um, err…music.
5. Shawn Desman
Shawn Desman falls into that crossover category where he obviously has a huge following but people who just should never ever like this type of music will secretly groove to “Electric” when no one is watching.
6. Blacked Eyed Peas
There are so many obvious reasons that one may not want to admit to liking these guys but we are betting there are secret fans out there.
7. Maroon 5
Again, these guys have their own following, which I cannot believe because I personally cringe every time I hear Adam Levine’s voice and I have seen him interviewed a few times and he comes across extremely arrogant and like he is a bit of a …..I’ll let you fill it in. However, I have to personally admit that I have found myself moving to the beat of “Moves Like Jagger”.
8. Hinder
Hinder seems to have a bad wrap for sounding too formulaic, but again, like Nickelback and Creed, their songs are catchy and hence, we are pretty sure there is at least one song that someone out there who opposes the band secretly likes!
9. Avril Lavigne
“What??? You like Avril Lavigne??? Ugh, no!!!!” I have had this conversation. And then, I heard a catchy song on the radio that I kept finsing myself singing and guess who sang it? Avril. Yup. Sigh.
10. J Lo
J Lo. Is a great dancer, fantastic singer and even though her characters are always the same, I don’t mind her acting. So there. I admitted it. I, Under The Rock Girl, who really only likes Industrial, New Wave and some Alternative Rock, does enjoy the sounds of J Lo.
